Phillip D. Williams
Phillip focuses his law practice on real estate, land development, business, and banking. His background and experience in multiple areas of law allows him to provide unique perspectives to and find creative solutions for his clients.
Phillip earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law, where he served as a student advisor in the M-Vets Legal Clinic and interned with the in-house counsel of a hotel management company, an oil and gas exploration company, and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Phillip grew up in Hoover, Alabama, and he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining the firm, he negotiated leases and contracts for mineral rights and resolved title issues as a Landman for Diamondback Energy. Phillip is active in the Charlottesville community and currently serves on the board of the Virginia Discovery Museum.
